Imagine a church who's mission is to love God and love each other. A church whose mission is to welcome those who are far from God? A church where everyone feels at home from the moment they pull in the parking lot. A church where everyone is important. A place where everyone is loved, valued, and appreciated. That is who we strive to be. And if this sounds great to you, please come help us carry out our mission!
Dynamic Preaching
We believe that the Bible is the greatest source of Truth.
Worship is centered around the Word and by this we mean the Word Incarnate, Jesus Christ. We worship God the Father in relationship with Jesus the Son, the One by whom we have access to God. Jesus is the embodiment of God’s Word, the Scripture. Each time we gather for worship, the Bible is explained in ways that all people can understand it, so that the Word is open and accessible for all. We think the Bible is as relevant today as is was when it was written. We don't shy away from the Bible, we embrace it here at Sully Community Church.
Common Questions
You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our worship experiences. SCC is not about what you look like or what you wear. Dress in what is comfortable for you!
If you are joining us for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while. That’s fine with us!
We know that it can be a little scary visiting somewhere for the first time. So, we created a special team that goes out of their way to ensure that you feel welcomed. Our Guest Services team is dedicated to making sure you feel right at home. They will answer any questions you have and make sure you get a hot cup of coffee and know exactly where to go.
When you get here, just head straight to our Welcome Home sign! Your family is in good hands!
We have a nursery available so you can really soak in a time of worship with others. We have Sunday School classes available for people of all ages. And during our morning worship service we also have a kids program for ages 3 & 4. We also run the Awana program during the school year for kids ages 3 - 6th grade. And don't forget our Wednesday night youth group for your teenagers. We try and come along side you and help instill a love for Christ in your Children.
We believe that generosity is important, but we also believe that we are here to serve you. If it's your first visit, we don't want you to feel any obligation to give. You being here with us if your gift. If you start coming regularly, this is a matter between you and the Lord, and you'll never be expected to give any more than you feel you should.
